Adding Account
Adding account via the admin panel is very
simillar to the normal user registeration form, the only thing
added in it is the mailing options bar. This bar contains
3 main options:
- Mail: will send a mail to the user informing about
the account made and with the login details
- Send Confirmation: will send the user a normal
confirmation mail which he/she will recieve by registering
normally
- None: will do nothing and just create an activated
account
