Now just visit your Admin Panel > Configuration > Default Rules > Language Settings, click on add, the following form will popup,

You know just need to provide the ID and name of the language pack, give the pack a name to be displayed. e.g. spanish version has an ID of esp and the name can be give Spanish or Espaņol or anything else.

The way to find out what the ID of the language pack is to see the first 3 letters of your files, e.g. the spanish language pack has name of esp_headers for the images directory, therefore the ID is esp.
